adminMain Schedule screen:
– Display who’s working each day, as a weekly view.
– Ability to handle up to 12 active staff members.
– Ability to change the opening/closing hours for a given day, overriding it’s current default.
– Highlight statutory holidays.
– Display the total hours per day, week and month for each staff member, and total worked by all employees each day/week/month
– If any rules are broken (ie: staff assigned to too many hours), an alert should appear (highlight the error(s)).
– Show which staff is opening and closing each day. Whoever works earliest/latest if the person who opens/closes.
= If a staff is scheduled to work 30+ min early, or 15+ min late, highlight this.If a staff goes on vacation or has exams, need to be able to block out that time period to them.
– Ability to add notes to each day with special events, my day off or my business partner’s day off highlighted in color
– Ability to add certain tasks monthly….and then each year, those tasks would populate automatically
– Ability to archive (or hide) older work weeks.
– Ability to email a weekly schedule to each staff member, but with the option to keep their colleague’s schedules private.
Staff member management screen:
– Add new staff members (Name, Start date, End date)
– Mark staff as active/inactive
– Set staff member restrictions (ie: Can only work Mondays 12pm to 9pm, Tuesdays all day, and Fridays 10am-3pm)
– Set minimum and maximum hours per week that staff can work
Report Screen:
– Display total hours worked for each staff per day, week, and month
– Display total hours for all staff combined per day, week, and month
– Display total hours worked for each staff for the past 30 days prior to the last statutory holiday.
– Display total hours worked for each staff during each pay period
