Requirements:

1. Company Overview and Information
    – Detailed information about the factory, including history, production capacity, products, and services
    – Key personnel and leadership team
    – Company values, mission, and vision statements

2. Product Catalog
    – A comprehensive catalog of all products with specifications, technical details, and packaging options
    – Ability to filter and search the product catalog
    – Detailed product pages with images, videos, and downloadable technical data sheets

3. Become a distributor form
    – A request form to become a distributor of factory products
    – Request forwarded to email or saved in the system for viewing and processing

4. Employee login for leave request
    – Employees of the factory can login and request leave.
    – It could be an integration with an existing ERP system.

5. Content Management System (CMS)
    – Intuitive CMS to easily update and manage website content, including news, events, and blog posts
    – Ability to create and publish multimedia content, such as images, videos, and downloadable resources

6. Responsive Design
    – Optimized for seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
    – Consistent branding and layout throughout the different device formats

7. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    – Incorporation of best practices for on-page and off-page SEO
    – Utilization of relevant keywords, meta tags, and descriptions throughout the website

8. Analytics and Reporting
    – Integration with web analytics tools to track and monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates
    – Ability to generate comprehensive reports on website traffic, lead generation, and other key performance indicators

9. Contact and Inquiry Forms
    – User-friendly contact forms for customers to submit inquiries, feedback, or request more information
    – Ability to route inquiries to the appropriate department or sales representative

10. Multilingual Support
    – Ability to provide the website in multiple languages, Arabic and English, Arabic is the default.

11. Chatbot And Live Chat
    – Incorporate AI-powered chatbots to handle common inquiries and provide instant responses.
    – Continue with live chat (WhatsApp) with customer support if needed
