We currently use HotDocs for document and email generating. We want to convert the templates using an interview (similar to HotDocs) to generate documents and emails with 1) Word with Power Automate and Lists and 2) Outlook with Lower Automate and Lists.  Ideally the automate would pull the information for the documents from MS Lists which exist currently on our system with our client and matter information. We need someone who is proficient in these areas and has worked on a similar project. We are open to ideas to accomplish the same result.  Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed in past. Prior to hiring, we will require a Teams meeting for contractor to provide us with examples of examples from prior projects.  Upon hiring we have approximately 125 forms to be converted.

Our deadline to complete project is July 31, 2025

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
