We are seeking a skilled professional to help automate various aspects of our car rental management business, RoamWithRove. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process automation, CRM setup, software integration, and possibly custom software development.

Responsibilities:

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for automation.
Set up and customize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to streamline sales and customer service.
Integrate various software applications to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
Develop custom automation scripts and tools as needed.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
Provide training and support to staff on new automated processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience in business process automation and software integration.
Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier, Integromat (Make), or Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience in setting up and customizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and custom software development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and project management skills.
