Budget as you see of this job post is not fixed it can change as the scope changes. You will be assigned various tasks along the line. Before starting each task we will discuss each task and decide a fixed price for it and then create milestone for it.

You will be working on a personal ROR project along side with me and helping me create a web based application. I am new to ROR but not new to creating software and I am looking for someone who I can work along side and who has patience in explaining things to me.
