Introduction:

We are seeking proposals from experienced development teams to create the Bill Blitz (www.billblitz.eu) application. This app aims to assist users in managing their subscriptions efficiently, providing financial oversight and personalized advice. The UX/UI design for the application is already completed.

Project Requirements:

1. Development Phase:
   – Fixed price: $10,000 to $16,000 USD.
   – Timeline: 6 weeks (Important)
   – Preferred languages: Native (Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android).
   – Versions: Both iOS and Android.

**2. Features:**

**a. User Registration and Authentication:**
   – Sign In / Sign Up via email, social media, and phone.
   – Personal and business account options.
   – Two-factor authentication (2FA) using SMS and email.

**b. Subscription Management:**
   – Add, view, and manage subscriptions and contracts.
   – Categories and filtering options.
   – Attach photos or files for subscriptions.
   – AI or OCR photo and file recognition for automated data entry.

**c. Payment Integration:**
   – Attach photo or file for payment proof.
   – Integration with bank accounts for payment tracking.

**d. Bills and Transactions:**
   – Search, filter, and list subscriptions and contracts.
   – Recent transactions and upcoming payment notifications.

**e. Statistics and Analytics:**
   – Graphs and categories for spending insights.
   – Periodic spending summaries.

**f. Offers and Advice:
   – Add and view offers.
   – Personalized subscription advice based on user preferences.

**g. Profile Management:
   – Multi-account support.
   – Personal information management.
   – Profile image upload and edit.

**h. Language and Localization:**
   – Support for right-to-left languages.
   – Translation support for 20 languages.

**i. Notifications and Feedback:**
   – Push notifications and email alerts.
   – User feedback mechanism.

**j. Settings and Account Management:**
   – Change email and password.
   – Delete account option.

**m. Admin Panel:**
