Our store has a bug that we need fixed within 1 hour. Prestige theme. Bonus for faster solve. Read application in detail.

We are Relaxe, a rapidly growing eCommerce company specializing in high-quality massage chairs and other wellness products. We are currently facing an issue with the ‘Buy with Shop Pay’ button not rendering on specific product pages on our website (relaxe.co). The button works on most product pages but fails to appear on the page for our massage chair (relaxe.co/chair) and other products with multiple variants.

Project Scope:

We need a skilled Shopify developer to:

Diagnose and resolve the issue causing the ‘Buy with Shop Pay’ button to not render on specific product pages.
Ensure that the fix is applied without disrupting other functionalities of our site.
Coordinate with our internal developers, Avery Dickerson and Alexey Kutalo, to implement the solution efficiently.
Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and the fix applied.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Shopify development.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating language.
Experience troubleshooting and fixing issues related to Shopify’s payment gateways and buttons.
Ability to work collaboratively with other developers and ensure changes do not overwrite each other’s work.

Current Findings:

Our developers, Avery and Alexey, have identified the issue to be product-specific and not related to the theme or template code. Here are some key points from their investigation:

The issue appears only with products that have multiple variants.
The ‘Buy with Shop Pay’ button is disabled in the HTML base for affected products.
The button area is clickable, indicating the button is there but not visible.
Products without variant factors are not experiencing this issue.

Collaborative Effort:

Here are some recent communications regarding the issue:

Avery Dickerson: Determined the issue is product-specific and not related to the template. Found the button is disabled in HTML but still functional when clicked.
Alexey Kutalo: Agrees it’s product-specific and suggests it might be related to inventory tracking.
Further Investigations: Indicate the issue occurs with products having multiple variants, even if only one variant is present.
