Overview
OptoCeutics, a leading company in brain health technology, is seeking an experienced WordPress Speed Optimizer to enhance the performance of our website and landing pages built with Elementor. The primary goal is to improve our Google speed rankings from approximately 30 to 70+.

Responsibilities
Analyze Website Performance: Conduct a thorough analysis of the current speed and performance of our WordPress website and landing pages.
Implement Optimization Techniques: Apply best practices for website speed optimization, including:
Image optimization
Code minification
Browser caching
Database optimization
Lazy loading
Monitor and Improve: Regularly monitor website speed and identify additional areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Development Team: Work closely with our development team to ensure speed optimization strategies are integrated into ongoing maintenance and updates.
Reporting: Provide detailed reports on improvements and current performance metrics.
Compliance: Ensure that all optimization strategies comply with SEO and web accessibility standards.

Qualifications
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in WordPress speed optimization.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in significantly improving website speed and performance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Tools Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google PageSpeed Insights and other speed testing tools.
Plugin Expertise: Experience with performance plugins and tools specific to WordPress.
Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct detailed analysis and develop effective optimization strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and provide clear, detailed reports.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance issues efficiently.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
