Russian President Vladimir Putin said on June 14 that he would order an ‘immediate’ ceasefire to end the war in Ukraine only if Kyiv agreed to drop its NATO ambitions and withdraw troops from four Russia-occupied regions. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Putin cannot be trusted. The US Secretary of Defence, Lloyd Austin, said that Putin can’t dictate terms.
