Russian ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov, made a significant claim amidst tensions over the Ukraine war. According to Antonov, the Russian Embassy and other regular diplomats stationed in the United States regularly receive threat messages. He also added that the “Russophobic policy” of US authorities “only condones such tendencies.”
