Create a Live Tracking system for an Offroad Race Team.

1. Upload GPX (GPS Exchange Format) file to my Wix website, google drive folder or Google Cloud.
2. On a page on the website display a Google Map with the tracks and waypoints from the GPX shown.
3. Track location of users from my Zello Work account on that map, Show marker of my choice with some sort of Username tag to identify which marker is which user. (Update interval of around 500 milliseconds)
4. Be able to view the Map in Standard or Satellite view, 2D & 3D.
5. Zoom, Rotate, Set to north up or heading up of specific Zello User, Center on Viewers location, Center on any specific Zello Users Location, center and display bounds of GPX trail on map.
6. Create hideable sidebar with sections.
7. Sections include; Zello users (list of Zello Users with a way to select all, deselect all, select individual users to display on the map), GPX Waypoints (List of GPX waypoints that I can show or hide and change the symbol), GPX Trails (List of GPX Trails that I can show or hide & change color)
8. When you click on a Zello User on the map a popup displays that shows speed (mph), last update date and time (Format MM:DD:YYYY hh:mm:ss using 12 hour format), Zello Username, Zello Display Name.
9. I would like to create an iOS and an Android in the future that would include a tracking section that would do all this as well.

I am currently using Wix for my website, Google Cloud for the Google Maps API, Zello Work to track users and for VOIP Push to Talk communication. I am open to suggestions for how to implement and/or services used to do this.
