– Living in Latin America
– A B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– Over 6 years of hands-on experience in software development.

– Proficiency (6+ years) in one or more programming languages such as Golang, Java, C#, C/C++, Javascript, Typescript, and more.

– Extensive experience (3+ years) in building highly performant, scalable, and available backend APIs and services.

– Expertise (3+ years) in developing containerized applications using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

– Strong technical communication skills to effectively collaborate within a remote and distributed team environment.

– 3+ years working with AWS, GCP, Azure, or a similar cloud platform, demonstrating a solid understanding of cloud concepts.

– Proven experience (3+ years) in developing, deploying, and supporting mission-critical services with minimal to no downtime.
