This proposal primarily focuses on Phase I of the project, emphasizing the seamless migration of information from the existing CRM system and the implementation of Go HighLevel to enhance application processes for VWEC.

2. Email Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in email marketing tools, specifically Aweber, to optimize communication within the CRM system.
3. Data Migration Skills: Track record of successfully migrating client information and newsletter data between CRM systems while ensuring data integrity.
4. Squarespace Integration Experience: Previous experience integrating Squarespace with CRM systems, focusing on streamlining registration processes for events.
5. Event Management Background: Expertise in implementing event management features within CRM systems, including calendar integration, automated reminders, and social sharing options.
6. Appointment Setting Knowledge: Familiarity with appointment setting functionalities within CRM systems, with a potential focus on migrating from Google to Microsoft.
7. Platform Integration Proficiency: Extensive experience integrating various platforms (Aweber, Zoom, Air Tables, Acurity, Eventbrite, Facebook group, Meet-Up) into CRM systems for a holistic approach.
8. Strategic Planning for Technology Transition: Previous involvement in strategic planning for transitioning from one technology system to another, especially from Google to Microsoft.
9. Community Engagement Expertise: Proven ability to foster community engagement through the establishment of exclusive account-only information sections linked to participant profiles.
10. Secure Payment System Integration: Experience in securely integrating CRM systems with payment platforms, particularly Paypal, to facilitate streamlined financial transactions.
11. Landing Page Optimization Skills: Proficiency in optimizing landing pages within CRM systems, specifically enhancing subscription processes and prompting users to set up accounts.
12. Application Upload Feature Implementation: Previous success in implementing user-friendly application upload features within CRM systems for improved accessibility.
