We are looking to build an internal art gallery inventory management software of over 30,000 artworks that will be rented out to various locations. There needs to be the ability to create PDFs for clients, create sets of artworks, organize by artist, medium, and be able to be used across an internal team of over 50 users. There also are many other complex features that are needed such as storing relevant documents, being able to integrate with Slack and other applications and more. There needs to be a very user friendly interface that we can easily train our team to use as well as an ability to move our data from our previous software to this new software. We are open to all types of talent but preferably an agency with vast experience in building complex applications such as this one. This application will be the backbone of our business for 10+ years to come.
