I am a learning to code through working on projects but sometimes I get stuck. I have been coding Python for 6 months and I could use someone to help with bug fixing and explaining the bad logic and design of my code.

My current project has repurposed a deep learning transfer learning approach from a paper using RESNET and pytorch. I want to try different HPO libraries and evaluate how it changes the model. I have coded this up but it’s not quite working.
