I am looking to hire a part/full time developer to help maintain/fix/build my e commerce websites.  This is in the cannabis/cbd E COMMERCE niche.  

I have a couple e commerce wordpress websites.  We are using woocommerce.  The themes are elementor or flatsome.

What I am looking for is someone who is reliable and can communicate properly while working alongside me.  Sometimes technical problems arise and I would need you to fix it immediately.

Some things I would expect you to do :

– Speed optimization
– Fix technical errors on websites
– Fix plugin problems
– Add e commerce functionality to my websties
– Restore / backup / move hosting
– Theme customization

These are just some things.  I am looking for a long term developer to help us grow.  You must be good at communicating as you would need to explain to me what needs to be done and what you did.
