It’s a complex project built on top of Spree Rails as a backend.
the Frontend for user is React and for vendors is Rails.

PostgreSQL. GraphQL, React, Solr, Redis, Sidekiq, Jenkins, (AWS), and other tools integrated.

there are 15 custom made extension  added to the project.

– the project gems needs update/upgrade.
– vendors UI needs modifications.
– backend features for vendors needs to be added.
– backend features for users needs to be added.

I need you to tell me your approach to understand the project first, then how would you approach each tasks under these requirements.
