NATO Nation Norway has said it will be ‘obligated’ to arrest Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu if International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant against him. Norway’s response come as Europe seems divided on the ICC top prosecutor Karim Khan’s arrest warrant request against Israel and Hamas.
