Responsibilities:
Design and implement a robust dialer system capable of handling inbound and outbound calls.
Set up and configure IVR to provide a seamless and efficient experience for callers.
Ensure the system can support 4-10 active agents, with capabilities for scaling as needed.
Integrate a Swedish inbound number into the system.
Enable features such as call transfer, call queuing, and call recording.
Provide training and support to agents on using the dialer system effectively.
Ensure high reliability and quality of service for all telephony operations.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in telephony engineering, specifically with dialer systems.
Strong knowledge of IVR systems, call routing algorithms, and telephony infrastructure.
Experience integrating telephony systems with CRM platforms and databases.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices for telephony systems in Sweden.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Fluent in English, proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions like Twilio, RingCentral, or others.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or PHP for any necessary custom integration work.
Experience in setting up and managing VOIP systems.
Understanding of network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and SIP trunking.
