I am using microsoft office, we are generating a lot of data that I want to structure and build reports and automations off.

Senario example:
1. submit a report
2. save in excel
3. visualise data in power bi in real time
4. Send report as a word document to a client

Scenario 2:
– Create BI dashboards over customer satisfaction forms which are all sent into excel, but also other spreadsheets
