Russian President Vladimir Putin’s key ally and State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has issued a warning to the U.S. and Europe. He warned that Ukraine was dragging the United States and Europe into a major global war and on May 16 urged Western leaders to act responsibly to avoid a catastrophe.
