We are looking for a senior UE5 game developer who can join our studio to work on our upcoming title Search for Animera – a multiplayer third person space dogfight game.

The project has been under development for the last 2 years but now we are looking to enhance our current implementation and improve the user experience for the game by tackling some specific areas. Key requirements of the project have been highlighted below:

1) 3rd Party External login / auth SDK integration and displaying profile information from client – should be able to handle multiple client integrations – Epic and external SDK as well
2) UI optimization based on figma we will provide with better animations when hovering and more responsive UI in general
2) Advanced game settings control panel which includes
    i) all audio settings
    ii) all video settings
    iii) key bindings for ship controls
3) Optimization of bullet tracers from ship for the primary weapon. The bullet tracers currently cost a lot of FPS and are laggy and not responsive enough
4) Visual change – border overlays when ships shields break and health is low
5) In-game minimap rework
6) Additional Ship perk rework
    i) Add a new UAV perk, which gets activated when you kill 3 enemies and gives the user the ability to show all enemies ship position in the minimap
    ii) rework reflective shields. The current animation for the shields is too distracting for the user instead, we could have a small holographic effect that wraps around the ship to indicate the perk is enabled
