Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Engineer. As an Account Engineer, you will be responsible for building and managing client accounts on the Go High Level platform, ensuring that each client receives a tailored and efficient setup that meets their specific needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the Go High Level platform and its various features, as well as proficiency in website building, automation, integration, email marketing, and calendar setup.

Responsibilities:
– Build and configure client accounts on the Go High Level platform according to their requirements and specifications.
– Develop custom websites within the Go High Level platform, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and user experience.
– Create and implement automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for clients.
– Integrate third-party tools and services with Go High Level to maximize functionality and effectiveness.
– Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including template creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
– Set up and test client calendars within the Go High Level platform, ensuring accurate scheduling and appointment management.
– Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for client accounts, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates from Go High Level, continuously optimizing account setups and processes.

Requirements:
– Proven experience with the Go High Level platform, including account setup, website building, automation, and integration.
– Strong proficiency in web development languages and tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies, including template design and campaign management.
– Knowledge of CRM systems and best practices for client relationship management.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving client needs and platform updates.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Certification or training in the Go High Level platform or related technologies.
– Previous experience working in a SaaS environment or with digital marketing agencies.
– Familiarity with additional marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or SEO tools.
