I’m the CTO / DEV of a startup project, currently seeking a Senior Engineer with a proven track record in full-stack development to oversee key modules of our AI tool. This role involves direct collaboration with me (and mabe another teamlead) on two main areas: the "Components" module, which consists of highly customizable React components, and our "main platform" module. The latter leverages Next.js to handle roles and permissions, CRUD Operations, custom configured apps, and monitoring/logging activities.

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong experience in Typescript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux.
Ability to manage and lead a team of four, including the candidate.
Excellent English communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to quality.
Proficiency in using GIT for version control, with no specific requirement for Azure or other cloud services knowledge, though ability to run Docker files is necessary.
Our team collaborates using Azure DevOps, Slack, and / or MS Teams. The initial contract will be for approximately 3 months, with a strong potential for extension based on performance. As the team lead, you might also be responsible for coordinating your work with another team lead and ensuring seamless integration of different project components. The sprint cycles are flexible, to be decided in collaboration with the selected candidate, whether on a weekly or biweekly basis.

You will work in your own GIT environment and are expected to create thoroughly tested pull requests on our AzureDevOps repository. I will be responsible for merging the final PRs.
