We are so excited you chose to take a look here. We are a newly funded company that is looking to build an MVP (minimum viable product). This will be a competing platform to Guesty, HostAway, and IGMS.

We are looking for a capable team of programmers to help us develop this on the web, Android, and iOS, as an MVP. We will use this MVP to show it to our investors and raise the next round of funds for the full development of the complete platform.

At the moment, we need the platform to have the basic 4 features below, like the other competing platforms mentioned above:

1. Connect and sync with Airbnb and calendar
2. Direct Booking
3. Tasks Management
4. Automated messages

We need to keep the cost very low in the beginning and develop the fuller platform once we have secured the second round of our funding.

We are looking for a team that has experience building platforms that work with Airbnb. We need to be sure your team is capable of completing this project. We are also considering having this project be open source and having proper documentation and repository of code is important. The source code, web application, Android app, iOS app, and documentation are the deliverables. We need a similar documentation format to what Signal Messaging app has. We like their format and style. We want everything to be Java based and this is why we want this to use Node.js on the server side and React Native for the mobile platforms, React for the web, and lastly MongoDB as the database since everything is going to be sitting on AWS.

The mentioned budget is for the fully developed platform. Based on your proposal, we will split this budget into Phase 1 for the MVP and Phase 2 for the completion of the MVP. Once you submit your proposal, the selected teams will be interviewed and given the full feature list.

Please submit us 3 examples of similar apps you have developed on iOS, Android, and web that are written in React and React Native. In addition to this, please send us a detailed proposal that includes everything we have mentioned in this posting. Please include all costs and detail timeline of deliverables in your proposal.
