Introduction:
Join us in revolutionizing the factoring services for trucking companies through Factoringg.com, an innovative fintech platform. We aim to streamline and accelerate the process of logistics funding which has long been cumbersome and outdated. We are in search of a highly skilled full-stack developer to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is robust, scalable, and user-centric for both web and mobile interfaces.

Core Responsibilities:
Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle which includes: planning, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment of the MVP.

Design and implement a highly intuitive user interface for both the mobile and web applications using ReactJS and tailored frameworks suited for fast rendering.

Develop secure backend services, ensuring data integrity and security of sensitive financial information using Node.js, Express, and robust databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Implement third-party services such as payment gateways, GPS tracking for logistics management, and automated billing systems through API integrations.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the application is visually appealing and easy to use.
Setup a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to streamline development and deployment processes.
Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the application’s performance and reliability.

Provide detailed documentation for the system architecture, codebase, APIs, and setup procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record with full-stack development projects, preferably in fintech, logistics, or a related field, with a portfolio or case studies.

Expert knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express.
Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first applications.

Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, SQL, and database administration.
Proficiency in API design and development, especially RESTful services.

Experience with security practices such as encryption, certificates, and key management especially in handling financial transactions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their service offerings, particularly in areas such as compute, storage, and managed databases.

Understanding of financial software compliance and regulatory standards is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a strong analytical mindset.

A robust and scalable MVP of the factoring application, ready for beta testing with potential clients.

Comprehensive code documentation and maintenance guidelines.

A deployment guide and an operational manual for setting up the environment and managing the application.
