Create a formulated spreadsheet that is an integral part of a purchase request and approval process.
* We have an exiting budget sheet with amounts broken up by month and catagory.

I would want the request to look up the available funds based on month and account to indicate if the purchase is automatically approved (small amounts) or if a review is needed (larger amounts).  

Once approved I would like a notice to be sent to the person who made the request that their purchase request is approved.  

I mainly need help with the formulas in the google sheet.  
I have a google form created to use for the initial request.
