We need an update to our existing WordPress site by creating a new theme. We are keeping the main design and layout but making updates in the functionality. We have a list of changes we want to do including updates in the back-end as well as the front end. We also have around 60 plug-ins and we want to incorporate them in the new theme, minimizing the amount of plug-ins.
