adminI’m Sam, a software engineer turned entrepreneur. I lead Gotologic, an online software company helping all kinds of clients build their web and mobile applications iteratively, starting as simple as possible and building as we learn from actual users.
One of the main tasks we do is talk to the client to deeply understand their need, and design the absolute simplest way to create or update their application in order to solve the need.
Because some of our clients work exclusively in French, you need to be fluent in, and comfortable talking to clients, in French. But we work internally in English, so you also need to write well in English.
It helps if you have a tech background, in order to have an intuition as to what is a simple solution to a problem, and what is generally possible.
User experience design is a great skill to have here, because you need to understand the user journey. However, some requests will not necessarily justify UI design, so this is not a UI/UX design job per se.
While this will be part-time, at least in the beginning, I am looking for someone to collaborate with regularly and long term.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$50.00
