Project Objectives:

1. Immediate Action: Quickly stabilise the existing Shopify site using a reliable theme from the Shopify library to ensure business continuity.
2. Long-Term Development: Collaborate with our design team to plan, design, and develop a custom, feature-rich Shopify site that aligns seamlessly with the client’s branding without major aesthetic changes.
3. Ongoing Optimisation: Implement and refine features post-launch to enhance user experience and functionality.

Responsibilities:
