Looking to have a web site designed. This will be a straight forward media site just showcasing who I am and what I do so that people searching for me on-line will get a good idea of my expertise.  I want someone who can start now and begin ASAP.  I would like to switch to a fixed project fee once we agree to work together and settle that up.
