• Chatbot will be based as Saas application. (web+ mobile app “like Twak”)
o Chatbot should be able to interactable to Major CMS+Code base websites.
o Chatbot should have a web website as well where users can login and and see visitors and be able to chat with them (Twak)
o Admin should be able to create users under same tenant.
o There should be an option to set chatbot for automatic replies in off hours.
o Automatic replies option should be there as well.
• Chatbot should have an option to block the ip address so they can not access the website again.
• Chatbot web version should have an option to block the countries, which owners of the websites wants to prevent users from visiting their website.
o There should be 3 modules:
 Block 50 ips a month
 Block 100 ips + 10 countries
 Block 500 ips + 50 countries
• Every time someone visits the website on the mobile app there should be a notification to the website owner or whoever has signed up on web version. (See Twak for reference)
• Super admin site where Super admin can manage all the users.
• Signup + login option with google account and social media account.
• Setting page for all the users to manage their profiles and view blocked ips and connected domains to their chatbots. Moreover, they can manage their company accesses.
