We are in need of an experienced Node.js developer to assist in integrating third-party APIs into our e-commerce platform. The project involves enhancing the functionality of our platform by integrating with various external services and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities:

– Integrate third-party APIs for payment processing, shipping, and inventory management
– Develop custom API endpoints and middleware using Node.js and Express.js
– Implement data synchronization and error handling mechanisms
– Optimize API calls and database queries for performance and scalability
– Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services

Requirements:

– Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
– Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services
– Familiarity with OAuth authentication and token-based authorization
– Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
– Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
