We would like to try and update the portal to have a better UI and UX design. We would want it to look something like this:

The background to the portal/dashboard is this.

1. We offer a range of financial services to real estate agencies.
2. We want rela estate agencies to be able to have each of their staff create a login and have their own dashboard
3. The dashboard will show all referrals made to out business and have a personal profile for the user, their photo, details
4. The dashboard will show all of the referrals made to us, fee revenue, etc
5. We need the dashboard to be accessable and viewable/usable on mobile devices as well.

I would be interested to hear how long something like this would take to develop and the tech stack you would recommend. Please tell me your experience in this as well.
