We are after a team of experts to build an AI receptionist that can be used to manage incoming calls, chats via the website, & all inbound leads.

When leads come in, the AI virtual receptionist should be able to qualify leads, get necessary information & all this information should then be integrated into a CRM type software to then be used by the clinic to book in an appointment or consult.

We would also like this AI to be able to call outbound leads (from numbers received through marketing or existing patients), to re-activate them, answer questions etc.
