We are a rapidly growing web design and development agency that primarily specializes in creating WordPress sites, while also working with other platforms like Shopify and custom PHP projects. With the demand for our services growing, we are on the lookout for skilled developers to support our increasing workload. This role offers the opportunity for significant and steady work, possibly evolving into a full-time position for those interested.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Developing complete websites for a wide variety of clients, from successful startups to 7-9 figure online brands to multi-billion dollar corporations. Majority of websites will be in WordPress or Shopify but may require custom-coded features.
– Providing ongoing maintenance, edits, and improvements for client websites, ensuring a steady flow of work for you.

We need someone who:
– Has expert-level knowledge of WordPress, including proficiency with Elementor Pro, WP Bakery, Divi, ACF/CPT/HTML and other page builders.
– Proficient in Shopify, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS.
– Can accurately transform design files (Figma or PSD) into fully functioning WordPress sites using page builders, ensuring a 100% pixel-perfect match to the original design.
– Has incredible attention to detail and double-checks their work to make sure everything is accurate before sharing.
– Is available during 10am-6pm CST to accommodate our US-based clientele and handle any urgent requests.
– Excels in clear communication, keeping both our team and clients well-informed about project progress, and is responsive and fluent in English. We need someone who always responds in a timely manner and is great at keeping us updated on progress.
– Optional: basic-level technical SEO knowledge to assist on projects where the client requires SEO setup and potentially even with ongoing SEO work.
