We are a custom software development agency looking for experienced individuals/agencies who can implement a SPA WebApp. The application is a customized trading platform for an existing client of ours.  This will be a custom trading platform. The backbone of the platform will be a vast product catalog maintained by the administrator. The platform will allow users to create buy sell/postings
based on items in the catalog.
These are just some of the features that are we are looking to implement; the complete SRS will be shared after we assess your capabilities.

Browse products in the catalog, Create buy or sell postings, Receive offers on your postings/ Provide offers based on buy postings.  Negotiate back and forth on offers and quotes with an automated (automated negotiation feature) system. Agree on transaction terms.
Create RFP’s, bid on RFP’s . Users can set prices in advance for this feature. Users can set alerts, Admin user features:
Manage product catalog, Monitor regular User activities, Monitor negotiations process, Send offers and quotes manually to regular users (Override automated pricing process). Negotiate back and forth on offers and quotes manually with regular users, Agree on transaction terms.  Upload Banner advertisments.
System automated features:
Find match between buy and sells offers. Send quotes and offers to regular users. Negotiate back and forth with regular users. Monitor/flag suspicious activities (malicious activities (Single page application by users logged in). Records all events/data
