France is making a fresh push to prevent an all-out war between Hezbollah and Israel. French Foreign Minister arrived in Lebanon on April 28 to discuss ways to defuse tension. France has historical ties with Lebanon and is trying to use them to pacify Hezbollah. French minister Stephane Sejourne said there was progress in talks with the Lebanon government. Watch for more.
