Green Origin Homes is seeking a highly talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects in the real estate and home construction sector, initially on a part-time basis with the potential to transition to full-time, based on performance.

**Responsibilities:**
– Enhance the UI/UX of our existing website to ensure it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
– Redesign our print materials to align with our brand’s aesthetic and market positioning.
– Develop a comprehensive branding guide to standardize our visual identity across all channels.
– Produce creative visuals for our social media platforms, including banners and ads.
– Participate in a range of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all user touchpoints.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio in graphic design.
– Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Figma, and similar tools.
– Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
– Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
– A solid grasp of graphic design principles and tools.
– Capacity to create visually appealing images, banners, and advertisements that capture attention and convey messages effectively.
– Previous experience in real estate, home building, architecture, or related fields is highly desirable. Please attach relevant samples from your portfolio.
– Knowledge of JavaScript and other coding languages is not mandatory but will be considered a strong asset.
– Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
