We are looking for a skilled backend engineer to join our team and help build an AI chatbot assistant for food, travel, and hotel recommendations. The assistant will be responsible for understanding user queries and providing accurate recommendations based on their preferences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development and experience working with AI technologies.

Your duties will include developing backend code and architecture to enable our mobile app frontend to talk to the multiple services our backend needs.

Additionally, knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms is highly desired.

## Project

We are building an AI chatbot assistant for food, travel, and hotel searches. The target consumer are individuals who spend hours booking travel or restaurant plans, and to be an on-the-go assistant for booking any sort of travel (flights or hotels), or food options (restaurants or food delivery).

We’ll be pulling data from multiple sources, parsing/filtering results based on personalization features, and curating responses with up-to-date information for consumers to make the best choice in the shortest time.

## Requirements

– Solid experience with backend development and API integrations

## Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure of the chatbot assistant

This is a medium-sized project with an estimated duration of 1 to 4 months. We are looking for an intermediate-level backend engineer with prior experience in AI development.

Hourly Range: $18.00-$35.00
