my idea is to create workflow based website to automate my daily tasks

Feature#1
– Tenant fill the application form for the rental
– Admin review tenant application
– Admin accept or reject application
– Tenant book time for showings/view property with admin
– admin accept or reject the schedule viewing
– reminder for appointment to tenant if they dont reply yes, booking will be cancelled

Feature#2
Maintenance

– tenant will raise a work order and provide three dates, tenant will provide when they will be avaliable at home for maintenance so my technician can come
– Admin will schedule maintenance activity and send confirmation to tenants

Feature#3
Reporting
– Admin should be able to download the reports how much rent each month received by unit/apartment
– Admin send a email reminder if reent is due
