As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll lead our tech vision and strategy, directing a talented team to deliver top-notch solutions. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll align tech initiatives with business goals, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
Tech Strategy: Develop and execute a tech roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our engineering and IT team to foster collaboration and innovation.
Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of product development, ensuring timely delivery.
Technical Architecture: Define and maintain our tech infrastructure for scalability and security.
Emerging Tech: Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align tech initiatives with overall goals.
Budget Management: Manage the tech budget for optimal resource allocation.
Compliance and Security: Establish and enforce security measures and compliance standards.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with tech vendors and partners.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tech-related risks to safeguard our systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in senior tech leadership roles, with [X] years of experience.
