I already have a website and do NOT want to change the text.

These are the following items that need to be done:

1. On the Contact Page – set up the email subscription
As a business owner, I want to see who signed up for email subscriptions so I know who to add to the email list and send it out to them

2. On the Contact Page – set up the contact form
As a business owner, I want to receive contact submissions so I can reach out to them.

3. Improve the layout (including header and footers) as needed.

Before making any changes to the layout/design will need to show me the prototype or new layout design for my approval before making any changes to the website.

Squarespace and web design are a plus
