We are looking for HubSpot expert **to set up and automate the processes in HubSpot.

**Project description**

We need to set up reporting in HubSpot and learn how we can automate workflows.

1. Advise on the optimal structure of the deal pipeline for detailed reporting
2. Explain how to launch marketing email campaigns
3. Automate follow ups (enable sequences)
4. Automate workflows:
    1. Lead booked a call → create a deal on HubSpot
    2. Lead responded → moved from one stage to another
    3. Lead moved to a certain pipeline stage → sequence has been launched

**Reports**:

1. Train the team on how to create reports
2. Help create custom reports based on the requirements:
    1. Overview of the deal pipeline showing the dynamics
    2. How fast deals are closing on average
    3. What is the average size (in $) of the deal (dynamics)
    4. Deals created vs. target
