we are looking for a highly skilled and very communicative Web Developer, who is familiar with setting up Figma Screen designs with the Elementor Page Builder. We are looking for a long term business relation ship.

If you meet the following criteria we could be a good fit:
-you speak fluent English
-you have camera and mic and are able to take part in video meetings for briefings etc.
-you know Elementor and WordPress by heart and have several years of experience
-you have enough free time to deliver on our task mostly within a 24h timeframe. Tasks that are more advanced of cause on a longer timeframe
-you have Slack installed and are willing to communicate with it
-you work mostly in the European timezone, so we have less friction
-you work on an hourly contract and willing to track your time fair and accurately. At first, we will use the Upwork tracker. As we know each other better we switch to timedoctor and you put in the hours manually into Upwork to get paid. Since we have a lot of different task, we do not want to estimate each and every task separately, so hourly exact time tracking is the fairest approach.

As an agency, we have worked with a lot of websites and are interested in a long term business relationship.
