What We Need:
We are seeking an experienced Excel macro developer with extensive knowledge in e-commerce operations, specifically in managing eBay listings via ChannelAdvisor. The primary goal of this role is to streamline and automate the processing and uploading of eBay daily deals, ensuring high accuracy and operational efficiency.

Project Overview
As the Macro Master at Tags Weekly, your role extends far beyond conventional data processing. You’re not just overseeing operations; you’re at the heart of the action, driving significant enhancements in our data management systems and increasing operational efficiency through advanced automation.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Design, maintain, and optimize Excel macros to automate the extraction, transformation, and preparation of product data from comprehensive datasets.
– Implement sophisticated data filtering and transformation techniques using VBA to meet specific eBay listing requirements.
– Ensure seamless data integration and transfer between Excel and ChannelAdvisor, facilitating efficient management of eBay postings.
– Maintain high standards of data quality with rigorous checks and balances to verify the accuracy and consistency of all listings.
– Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the creation and maintenance of macros, ensuring best practices in macro use and data handling.

Required Skills:
– Profound expertise in Microsoft Excel, specifically in developing and troubleshooting complex VBA macros and formulas.
– Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, with a specific focus on eBay and proficiency in using ChannelAdvisor for marketplace management.
– Demonstrated ability to manipulate and manage large volumes of data, including data cleansing, deduplication, and validation techniques.
– Outstanding attention to detail and precision in data handling, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely project outcomes.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines to manage daily e-commerce operations effectively.

– Achieve a high level of automation in managing daily eBay deals, reducing manual data entry and errors, thereby increasing operational efficiency.
– Ensure all daily deals are accurately listed on eBay via ChannelAdvisor, with listings reflecting current inventory and pricing data.
– Develop and maintain a robust system for regular updates and optimization of data processing macros, enhancing workflow adaptability and response to market trends.
– Create and uphold detailed SOPs for all macro-related processes, ensuring consistency and quality in ongoing operations.
