* **Team Interviews:** Participate in interviews with our engineering and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Proven track record of designing outstanding UI/UX for web or mobile applications.
* Solid understanding of design principles (hierarchy, colour theory, typography, etc.).
* Familiarity with PowerApps design patterns and best practices.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
