As we continue expanding our operations, we seek a talented and experienced Monday.com Automations Specialist/technical Operations Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in optimizing workflows and automations using Monday.com, as well as other low-code platforms. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our operational processes, improving productivity, and maximizing efficiency through the implementation of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes using Monday.com to optimize operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design automation solutions that meet organizational needs.
* Utilize low-code platforms to integrate systems and automate repetitive tasks.
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics tools to track the performance of automation initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and best practices.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in automation technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our processes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Technical Operations Manager or similar role, specializing in workflow optimization and automation.
* At least 2 years of proven track record of experience with Monday.com
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex automation solutions.
* Experience with SQL queries and data analysis tools for reporting and analytics.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
