I am looking for a website builder to put together my blog/portfolio/networking/landing page for myself. I have a pretty clear design of what I want – I want the whole thing to look like a Windows98 desktop with working Start button and all! I know this a big ask with a lot of intertwining parts. I don’t know as much about web building as I would love someone who would give some extra details as they are going through things.

Sections for the website will include:
Projects/Bartering – blog style posts with some updates within the post
Networking – option to sign up for a newsletter or just chat
Art/Photos – portfolio with Captcha or login for protection from AI
Favorites – posts about restaurants, places, etc
Music player – optional but would be awesome. Ideally connected to a Spotify embedded player where I could switch up the playlist that is available.
About Me – static page with hyperlinks to the rest of the blog
Search option
Website links – a landing page for websites for causes that I believe in
The Blog & Home page – strolling list of posts

Would like:
Working Start button, menu
Desktop icons for the different sections of the website
"minimized" shortcuts to get back to the home page and to the "about me"
"small icon" short cuts in the start bar to other parts of the blog
Functional mobile site but with some slight design changes for simplicity
