In our pursuit of excellence, we’re seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Designer with a penchant for A/B testing and a fine-tuned understanding of the Shopify platform. # Responsibilities:
– Lead the design of intuitive and impactful A/B tests, analyzing customer interactions to elevate the shopping experience on Shopify stores.
– Employ a blend of creativity and analytical prowess to devise data-driven design solutions that enhance customer journeys.
– Execute rigorous CX audits to pinpoint improvement opportunities, with a spotlight on streamlining the path to purchase.
– Spearhead the ideation and execution of design variations, closely monitoring performance metrics to guide optimization strategies.
– Champion a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of the latest eCommerce trends to infuse innovation into our design thinking.
– Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions, bringing to life new branding concepts and website redesigns that align with client goals.
# Requirements:
– Demonstrable expertise in CX design, particularly within the eCommerce realm, supported by a compelling portfolio.
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in CX design with proven results in A/B testing and Shopify platform optimizations.
– Mastery of essential design tools like Figma and Adobe, with a knack for translating insights into visually stunning and functional designs.
– A systematic approach to problem-solving, adept at identifying and rectifying CX challenges to drive business outcomes.
– A self-starter with the capacity to juggle multiple projects while upholding the highest quality standards.
– Residency within North or South America or compatibility with its time zones (also open to Europeans).
– Independent freelancers only – we’re seeking individuals, not teams or agencies.
